Chrome Lignite is a specially formulated and chemically modified lignite.
Amine-treated Lignite also known as ATL, is formed from the reaction between Lignite and quaternary amine.
Lignites are used as high temperature thinners, fluid stabilizers and fluid loss reducing agent in all water based muds. They also act as a filtration-control additives for use in all oil-based systems and act as a suitable alternative to gilsonite.
Lignite is most often shipped in 20-foot containers, packed in jumbo bags or 25 KG bags.
